MTA held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Railcar Acceptance and Testing Facility in the Borough of Brooklyn, NY on Friday November 21, 2025! This facility will receive, test, inspect, and accept new railcars delivered from the manufacturer before they are put into service. SSA is honored to have had the opportunity to be part of AECOM’s design-build team and we congratulate the MTA on this achievement.
